Yes, I pretty much kept this a secret for almost 9 months, but that's because this wasn't the first time we were expecting a child. We're just so happy to finally have a healthy baby girl. Amidst everything that has happened over the last year, this is really a special moment, and hopefully the beginning of a bunch of good things.

awe congrats I'm sorry that you were probably coerced into getting a C-section thats really disheartening. Not to preach but all hospitals try to force a delivery into a unnecessary surgery because they make more money on you, they have faster turn around times so more beds and the after care and medicine that they pump is all dollar bills man. I hope you consider and read up on a midwife for the future. My Wife had 2 successful home births with no medication to induce, or relieve pain as the body naturally takes care of it all. I mean... we humans have been doing natural child birth for years and they radically dramatize the delivery on TV to make it more eventful then it really is. But I wish you and your family well and I hope you have an amazing year with your child.
